The Foundry is not a fund, an accelerator, or an incubator, and it does not take outside pitches. It is where we build our own products. Every bet starts from Lab research, gets built by our own crew, and earns its future with real users instead of a pitch deck. The ones that break out spin off as independent companies.

Pipeline

## How does a venture move through the Foundry?

1.  ### Spark
    
    An idea earns a Lab experiment. Most die here, on purpose. A written verdict either kills it or graduates it.
    
2.  ### Prototype
    
    A two-to-six week build with real users on the other end. We measure pull, not applause.
    
3.  ### Venture
    
    The prototype becomes a product with its own identity, revenue motion, and dedicated crew inside the Foundry.
    
4.  ### Spin-off
    
    The venture leaves the nest as an independent company with code, capital, brand, and audience from the Signal.
